What is snail mail?

Snail mail is a monthly subscription where you receive thoughtfully curated letters delivered to your door not to your inbox. Instead of scrolling through content online, you open a real envelope and spend time with something tangible, made to be read, kept, and enjoyed.

At All Access Pass Club, each letter focuses on one artist or band. Inside, you’ll find editorial-style writing, songs to listen to, and small details designed to deepen your connection to the music. It’s a slower, more intentional way to discover new artists away from algorithms and constant notifications.

It’s called snail mail because it embraces taking your time. In a fast, digital world, receiving something physical creates a pause. It's a moment to slow down, listen closely, and feel part of a wider community of music lovers opening the same letter, wherever they are.

When will I get my letter?

All Access Pass Club letters are sent on the 15th of every month. Once posted, UK subscribers can expect their letter to arrive within 3–4 working days, while international deliveries usually take 3–5 working days.

Part of the charm of snail mail is the anticipation and allowing something to arrive slowly and thoughtfully, rather than instantly. That said, if your letter feels unusually delayed or you have any concerns, you’re always welcome to get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.

What countries do you ship to?

All Access Pass Club ships worldwide. Letters are sent from the UK and delivered to music lovers across the UK, Europe, and internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the price of your subscription. There are no additional postage fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

What if I didn't receive my letter?

If your All Access Pass Club letter doesn’t arrive, don’t worry. Just get in touch and I’ll make it right. This might mean resending your letter or offering a refund for that month if needed.

Occasionally, letters are returned to sender or take a little longer than expected. I usually allow until the end of the month for any delayed or returned mail, then resend anything that hasn’t reached its destination. If something appears to have gone missing along the way, I’ll do my best to follow it up.

💌 A note on timing:

If you subscribe before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. Subscriptions placed after the 15th will start with the following month’s edition.

What if I need to cancel or change my address?

Just email us at hello@allaccesspass.com and we will end your subscription or change your address! 

Make sure to email us before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address or subscription before sending!
